The dough processing and weighing table allows for effortless and consistent chuncking of dough out of the mixer. It functions in conjuction with a lift/tiltable mixer or bowl lift. The main advantage of this equipment is that the operator works at table height and will not suffer from any effort to cut dough pieces out of the mixer and carrying them on a work table.
